The new stage show “Cirque: Illusions of Grandeur: Dare to Dream,” which features aerialists, acrobats, contortionists, fire dancers and magicians, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Sat., March 3 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

In the show, a boy dreams of becoming a master illusionist, and the performances are parts of his dream.

Bart Rockett, the principal magician and illusionist, has performed in major venues all over the world and on television shows. For three years he headlined his own theater in Branson, Mo.

The cirque performers were specially selected for this show and have collectively performed in major cirque shows worldwide, including Cirque DeSoleil, Cirque Dreams and Zen Arts LA.

The show is presented by West Coast Performing Arts and Rock N Roll Inc.
