The ninth annual Southern California Doodle Romp and Picnic will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sat., Sept. 11 at a private home in Malibu.

All labradoodle and goldendoodle owners and lovers of the breed can bring their dogs.

The event will have a gourmet buffet lunch, competitions, vendors and a dog photographer.

The charity auction will benefit Malibu Pet Companions.
