New businesses open in Paraiso

Paraiso Town Center in Dos Vientos has three new businesses— Boney Mountain Coffee Company, The Art Box Atelier and Worldwide Supply.

“The community has told us there’s a need for daily stores, and so we’re giving them what they want in this gorgeous center,” said marketing director Heather Danko.

The Art Box Atelier signed a three-year lease for a 1,000- square-foot space. An art studio for adults and for kids ages 4 and up, The Art Box will present a grand opening from noon to 5 p.m. Sat., Sept. 4.

Boney Mountain Coffee Company has signed a five-year lease for a 1,414-square-foot space fronting Via Las Brisas. The coffee company is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Worldwide Supply signed a two-year lease for a 489-squarefoot office space on the second level of the shopping center. Worldwide is a sales office for telecommunications.

Paraiso Town Center is managed by NewMark Merrill Companies LLC, which is owned by president and CEO Sandy Sigal. Since 1984, Sigal has led NewMark Merrill in the management, acquisition and/or development of more than 6 million square feet of shopping centers in more than 40 cities and valued at almost $1 billion.
