The Academy of Dance and School of Performing Arts will have the annual auditions for its performance competition team for dancers ages 5 to 18 on Sun., Aug. 29 at the school, 5700 Corsa Ave., Ste. 106, Westlake Village.

Auditions include consideration for the jazz, hip-hop, tap, ballet, lyrical and production companies for the 2010-11 season.

Beginning, intermediate and advanced dancers will be considered.

Acceptance into the company is by audition or invitation only.
