GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY—Arthur Schneider, a local insurance agent of 40 years, and his wife, Marcia, will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Sat., Aug. 21.They live in Thousand Oaks, and their son, David Schneider, lives in Newbury Park. Their daughter, Elaine Careveo, lives in San Antonio, Texas.
