The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 22, at 3:30 a.m. July 30 in the 1800 block of Via Petirrojo (subject involved in traffic collision); a male, 52, at 11 p.m. July 29 at Michael Drive and Borchard Road; a male, 25, at 12:15 a.m. July 30 at Borchard Road and Michael Drive; a male, 26, at 6:10 a.m. Aug. 1 along Bella Drive, east of Wendy Drive; a female, 24, at 12:35 a.m. Aug. 3 along Borchard Road.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 30, at 5:20 p.m. Aug. 5 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios; a female, 28, at 2:25 a.m. Aug. 4 in the 600 block of Oak Shadow View Place; a female, 32, at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 5 at Conejo Center and Lawrence drives (subject also possessed methamphetamine and a glass pipe); a male, 30, at 2:35 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 600 block of Martinique Place (subject possessed a controlled substance and a smoking device); a male, 39, at 8:45 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 600 block of Jenny Drive.

A male, 39, battered police with a shopping cart before fleeing. He was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Aug. 2 along Borchard Road, west of Los Vientos Court.

A male, 29, was arrested for burglary, forgery and receiving known stolen property at 6:45 a.m. Aug. 3 at Ventura County’s main jail for crimes that occurred July 12 in the 2200 block of Borchard Road.

A male, 35, was arrested for burglary and possessing three forged prescription scripts at 5:40 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

A home burglary occurred between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. July 30 in the 1600 block of Calle Turquesa.

A driver’s license and debit card were stolen from a wallet on July 23 or 24 in the 400 block of S. Reino Road.

A male, 46, vandalized property on July 31 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A shoplifter stole items from Target at 2705 Teller Road between 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 1.

A female, 22, was arrested for selling items from a pushcart without a license and lying to police about her identity at 3:55 p.m. July 31 at Avenida Del Platino and Calle Diamonte.

A $300 window was smashed between Aug. 3 and 5 in the 400 block of Whitegate Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: on Aug. 1 or 2 in the 2900 block of Gail Court (unlocked); on July 30 or 31 in the 700 block of American Oaks Avenue; on July 30 or 31 in the 1300 block of Alessandro Drive.

Two males, 26 and 24, were arrested for drinking alcohol in public at 4:35 p.m. July 31 in an alleyway at Calle Turquesa and Avenida Del Platino.

A 20-year-old male battered and seriously injured someone around 6 p.m. July 24 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. He was arrested on July 30 in the 3900 block of Mayfield Avenue.

A male, 19, battered and seriously injured a person around 6 p.m. July 24 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. He was arrested July 30 in the 200 block of Wendy Drive.

Two males, 19 and 34, committed battery with injury around 6 p.m. July 24 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. They were arrested on Aug. 3.

Thousand Oaks

A 22-year-old male committed burglary on Oct. 1, 2007, in the 700 block of Lakefield Road. Blood from the crime scene matched the subject’s profile, and he was arrested on July 29.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 19, at 4:45 a.m. Aug. 5 at Gainsborough Road and Dover Avenue; a male, 49, at 6:40 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 20 block of W. Janss Road; a female, 63, at 9 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles (subject involved in noninjury crash).

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 28, at 8:45 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 700 block of Warwick Avenue; a female, 18, at 8:40 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 700 block of Warwick Avenue; a male, 36, at 8:15 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 700 block of Warwick Avenue; three males, between the ages of 21 and 28, around 9 p.m. July 30 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (one subject possessed drug paraphernalia); a female, 40, at 4:30 p.m. July 31 in the 200 block of N. Verde Vista Drive.

A 37-year-old male battered and injured his girlfriend around 3:30 p.m. July 31 in the 2200 block of Moss Court. A female, 35, at the scene also committed a battery.

A male, 46, battered and injured his girlfriend at 2:50 p.m. Aug. 1 in the 700 block of La Grange Avenue.

A female, 30, stole items from a store around 6:17 p.m. Aug. 5 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. The subject had been convicted of shoplifting from the business in the past.

A male, 19, was arrested for petty theft at 2 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 30, was arrested for grand theft at 2:10 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 600 block of Janss Road.

A 28-year-old male committed a grand theft on Aug. 2 in the 1600 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 38, possessed brass knuckles and a switchblade knife around 7:40 a.m. Aug. 5 in the 1900 block of Ferndale Place.

A female, 20, committed a petty theft at 3:55 p.m. July 30 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Two females, 23 and 22, were cited for stealing merchandise at 4 p.m. July 31 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A home burglary occurred on July 29 in the 800 block of Lynnmere Drive.

A burglar broke open a newspaper vending machine cash box and stole money between 4:30 and 5 a.m. July 30 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A package containing medicine and medical supplies was stolen on Aug. 3 or 4 in the 2600 block of Los Robles Road.

A grand theft occurred on July 30 in the 1900 block of Ferndale Place.

A grand theft occurred on Aug. 4 in the 2500 block of Vista Wood Circle.

A petty theft occurred between July 29 and 31 in the 1600 block of Aleppo Court.

Money was stolen from a room between July 31 and Aug. 3 in the 2800 block of White Ridge Place.

A bicycle was stolen from an open garage between Aug. 1 and 4 in the 1800 block of Calle Salto.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: between 10:30 and 11:10 a.m. Aug. 3 in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road; on July 24 in the 300 block of Hodencamp Road; on July 31 at Wilbur Road and Pennsfield Place; on July 31 or Aug. 1 in the 3200 block of Allegheny Court (unlocked).

A vehicle registration sticker was stolen between Dec. 8 and July 28 in the 1600 block of Camberwell Place.

A male, 50, was arrested for being drunk in public at 7:20 p.m. Aug. 5 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

The following subjects were cited for drinking alcohol in public: a male, 22, at 5:50 p.m. July 30 in the 100 block of S. Oak View Drive; a male, 34, at 5:50 p.m. July 30 in the 100 block of S. Oak View Drive; a male, 36, at 8:20 p.m. July 30 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road; a male, 40, at 12:22 p.m. Aug. 4 at La Paz Park.

A male, 40, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana on July 30 in the 1300 block of Moorpark Road.

A home burglary occurred on Aug. 3 in the 2800 block of Instone Court.

A vandal caused $1,800 in damage at a Rite Aid store at 3825 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard on July 30 or 31.

A male, 47, was arrested for making criminal threats at 2:55 p.m. July 31 at Agoura Road and Westlake Boulevard.
