PETCO will sponsor an inaugural Reptile Rally from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat., July 17 at participating stores in Camarillo, 177 W. Ventura Blvd.; Moorpark, 742 Los Angeles Ave., Ste. A; and Westlake Village, 3835 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Ste F.

The event is for reptile owners to show off their cold-blooded pets and allow the public to see the animals up close in a meet-and-greet.

The rally will also have care and habitat “how to” seminars and feeding time led by reptile specialists.

Anyone in interested in having a reptile for a pet can talk with a trained animal specialist who can discuss how to determine which reptile is best for the family.
