Kiwanis Club of T.O. awards scholarships

All three students received checks for $1,000 each for their hard work and citizenship in high school. The Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks annual award honors Sprankling’s career in school administration and his dedication to high standards for elementary and middle school students. Sprankling was a longtime member of Kiwanis and also served many years as chair of its youth committee.
