The New Shul is a Jewish congregation forming in the Agoura Hills/Conejo Valley area. More than 100 families are committed to the new congregation.

Temple Beth Haverim will host an appreciation Shabbat service at 7 p.m. Fri., June 4 at 29900 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills. This is the temple’s final service.

The congregation will have the opportunity to thank Rabbi Gershon Weissman, Cantor Kelly Ellis, board members, staff, Hebrew teachers, maintenance crew and volunteers for their service to the temple.

Weissman is the chief organizer for The New Shul and will serve as the spiritual leader.
