Thousand Oaks resident Pritesh Davda, 32, was in stable condition at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center after a solo crash on the 23 Freeway.

At 4 a.m. Fri., March 5, Davda’s 2006 BMW hit the freeway’s center divider, resulting in major front-end damage. Davda was southbound just north of Avenida de Los Arboles, California Highway Patrol spokesperson Miguel Duarte said.

The crash is under investigation as CHP awaits lab results of a blood test to see if driving under the influence was a factor, Duarte said.
