The Thousand Oaks Police Department arrested two people on suspicion of possession of stolen property during a traffic stop in Ventura.

Simi Valley resident Amber Day, 19, and Moorpark resident Brandon Hiott, 22, were arrested Feb. 18 at Victoria Avenue and Telephone Road.

Their arrests were a result of an ongoing investigation of property stolen from a parked vehicle in Thousand Oaks earlier this month, a police report said.
