A male, 44, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing a glass smoking pipe at 3 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 4200 block of Dalewood Circle.

A female, 35, was cited for filing a false rape report at 11:35 a.m. Jan. 25 in the 2900 block of Cottonwood Court.

A 37-year-old male was arrested for domestic battery at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 25 in the first block of N. Fallbrook Avenue.

A male, 20, was cited for battery at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 400 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

Property valued at $10,000 was damaged at a construction site at Calle Prado and Calle Norde between Jan. 4 and 19.

An 18-year-old male broke into and stole property from a locked vehicle on Dec. 28 in the 100 block of N. Reino Road. He was arrested Jan. 26 in Ventura.

Two burglars entered a garage, and one stole property from an unlocked vehicle between 8:39 and 8:49 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 1200 block of Alessandro Drive. A similar crime occurred between 4 and 6 p.m. at another home on the same block— a purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a garage.

Property was stolen on Jan. 23 or 24 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

A thief stole more than $400 in goods from Target between 7 and 8:15 a.m. Jan. 18.

A vehicle break-in occurred on Jan. 21 or 22 in the 400 block of San Vincente Circle.

Thousand Oaks

For battering an on-duty law enforcement officer and resisting arrest, a 31-year-old male was arrested at 6:20 a.m. Jan. 24 in the 1600 block of Devonshire Road.

A male, 21, and a female, 19, were arrested for possessing a controlled substance for sale at 4 p.m. Jan. 5 at Janss and Moorpark roads.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 52, at 11:57 p.m. Jan. 27 at the intersection of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Via Merida; a female, 24, at 2:34 a.m. Jan. 23 at Hampshire Road and Triunfo Canyon Road; and a male, 18, at 2:13 a.m. Jan. 24 in the 2800 block of Rikkard Drive.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 41, at 2:32 p.m. Jan. 18 in the 1500 block of Pederson Road; a male, 48, at 3:40 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 2900 block of Bear River Circle; a male, 43, at 6:25 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 1300 block of Calle Tulipan; a female, 45, at 5:10 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 2800 block of Los Robles Road; a male, 23, at 2:10 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 200 block of Janss Road (subject also possessed drug paraphernalia); a male, 36, at 1:35 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 900 block of Witherspoon Drive (subject possessed drug paraphernalia); and a female, 36, at 1:35 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 900 block of Witherspoon Drive.

A 38-year-old male was arrested or pulling his girlfriend’s hair during a domestic dispute at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 27 in the 200 block of Almon Drive.

A female, 38, was arrested for inflicting mental anguish on her 82year-old father at 11:30 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 1300 block of Norman Avenue.

A male, 34, kicked and damaged a door during a domestic dispute, then refused to cooperate with police. He was arrested at 3 a.m. Jan. 26 in the 100 block of Manzanita Lane.

A male, 28, was arrested for possessing, manufacturing or selling dangerous weapons at 7:27 p.m. Jan. 23 at Moorpark and Columbia roads.

A female, 43, was arrested for possessing methamphetamine and a smoking device at 9:25 a.m. Jan. 27 at Hillcrest Drive and Rancho Conejo Road.

A male, 18, and a female, 28, were arrested for entering the country illegally at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 1100 block of Calle Tulipan.

Home burglaries occurred at the following locations: On Jan. 26 in the first block of Dombey Circle; on Jan. 26 in the 1500 block of Dover Avenue; and on Jan. 22 or 23 in the 2600 block of Calle Manzano.

Grand theft occurred on Jan. 21 in the 2500 block of Sapra Street.

A vandal coated property with maple syrup and oatmeal on Jan. 23 or 24 in the 1400 block of White Feather Court.

Grand theft occurred on March 30, 2009 in the first block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The crime was only recently reported.

Grand theft occurred in August in the 2400 block of Pleasant Way, but the incident was only recently reported.

Property was stolen from a business on Jan. 22 or 23 in the 800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: On Jan. 18 or 19 in the 900 block of Emerson Street; between 5 and 6 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane; on Jan. 26 or 27 in the 1500 block of Wakefield Avenue; on Jan. 21 or 22 in the 2700 block of Drummond Place (unlocked); between 4:30 and 6:47 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 300 block of Calle Jazmin (unlocked); on Jan. 24 or 25 in the 400 block of Gainsborough Road; on Jan. 23 or 24 in the 600 block of N. Lois Avenue; and between 8 and 9:20 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 3100 block of Townsgate Road (locked and unlocked vehicles).

A vehicle was vandalized on Jan. 26 in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

A vehicle door was kicked between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road. The damage estimate was $300.

A $700 catalytic converter was stolen between 12:05 and 12:20 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle on Jan. 21 in the 2100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Four car windows valued at $600 were smashed between 10:55 and 11 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 1300 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

A $500 vehicle window was smashed with a rock on Jan. 22 or 23 in the 400 block of Tuolumne Avenue.

A vehicle window was broken at Los Robles Hospital between 11:50 a.m. and noon Jan. 22.

A male shoplifter stole property from AT&T store on N. Moorpark Road between 3:30 and 4 p.m. Jan. 17.

Property valued at $230 was vandalized on Jan. 24 or 25 in the 4500 block of Tam O’Shanter Drive.

A female, 32, attempted to shoplift merchandise from Home Goods on N. Moorpark Road around 5:30 p.m. Dec. 21. She was cited on Jan. 5.

A female, 49, was cited for petty theft at 5 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 53, was cited for storing personal property in a public location at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 35, was arrested for being drunk in public at 2:40 a.m. Jan. 19 at Lynn and Gainsborough roads.

Two males, 50 and 31, were cited for drinking alcohol in public at 1:20 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Two other males, 56 and 42, were cited for the same offense at 8:25 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

A male, 22, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana at 7:35 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 2700 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Westlake/T.O.

An assailant threw various items at people during an argument between 6:18 and 6:35 p.m. Jan. 26 at the intersection of Kanan and Lindero Canyon roads.

Spray-painted graffiti was discovered at several locations on the Westlake High School campus on Jan. 25.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: Between 6 and 7:40 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard; on Jan. 19 or 20 in the 2900 block of Great Smokey Court; between 4 and 10:30 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard; and between 4:32 and 4:35 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 3800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (unlocked).

A vandal drove a vehicle onto property, causing $15,000 in damages between Jan. 21 and 24 in the 4700 block of Valley Spring Drive.

A $200 vehicle window was broken between 2:50 and 3:03 p.m. Jan. 20 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
