A male, 44, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 13 in the 100 block of Shamrock Court.

A male, 33, was arrested for possessing and being under the influence of cocaine at 8:20 p.m. Jan. 18 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla.

A male, 20, head-butted and punched someone several times around 8:30 p.m. Jan. 20 in the 100 block of Pepper Road. The subject and the victim dated and have a child in common.

A 25-year-old female was arrested for possessing a controlled substance at 3:02 p.m. Jan. 16 at the northbound 101 Freeway and Wendy Drive.

A woman’s purse was stolen at Amgen between Jan. 5 and 13.

A male, 25, was arrested for shoplifting merchandise valued at $75.55 at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

A female, 24, stole $70 in merchandise around 7:45 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

Two females, 19 and 18, were cited for shoplifting at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 18 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

Two females, 27 and 19, were cited for petty theft at 5:05 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

A male, 25, was arrested for selling magazines door-to-door without a permit at 11:35 a.m. Jan. 15 at Redfield Avenue and Theresa Street. A 22-year-old male was arrested for a similar crime at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 15 at Dickenson and Dewey avenues.

Four people were cited for removing clothing items from a donation drop-off site that prohibited removal of items around 9:30 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Property valued at $900 was damaged on Jan. 18 or 19 in the 200 block of S. Ventu Park Road.

Property was vandalized between Jan. 14 and 17 in the 3700 block of Calle Mazatlan.

Gang graffiti defaced property at the following locations: in the 2300 block of Borchard Road on Jan. 14; in the 1500 block of Calle Turquesa on Jan. 15; in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive on Jan. 16.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: in the 2900 block of Shirley Drive on Jan. 22; in the 2200 block of Helen Court between Jan. 1 and 20; in the 100 block of Hiram Avenue (unlocked) between 1 and 1:30 p.m. Jan. 15; in the 3700 block of Calle Posadas on Jan. 16 or 17; in the 1300 block of Ramona Drive on Jan. 13.

Thousand Oaks

Wells Fargo Bank at 1760 E. Avenida de Los Arboles was robbed between 2:40 and 2:50 p.m. Jan. 21.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 62, at 2:15 a.m. Jan. 16 at Rancho Road, north of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 54, at 12:01 a.m. Jan. 16 at Hampshire Road and the southbound 101 Freeway; a male, 23, at 2:40 a.m. Jan. 15 along Gainsborough Road, east of Moorpark Road; a male, 22, at 4:20 a.m. Jan. 17 along Avenida de Los Arboles, east of Mountclef Boulevard.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 23, at 9:30 p.m. Jan. 21 at Los Robles Hospital; a female, 23, at 10:24 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 1200 block of Calle Tulipan; a female, 46, at 10 a.m. Jan. 20 in the 2900 block of Crescent Way; a female, 18, at 10:02 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 1300 block of Calle Balsa; a male, 34, at 2:05 a.m. Jan. 19 at Janss and Lynn roads (subject also possessed a used syringe).

A 23-year-old male was arrested for possessing a controlled substance at 6 p.m. Jan. 5 in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 24, was arrested for challenging someone to a fight and participating in a street gang at 3 p.m. Jan. 15 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Calle Tulipan.

For throwing a shoe that hit his spouse in the forehead, a male, 30, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 17 at Calle Pensamiento and Calle Glicina.

A male, 18, was arrested for possessing two stolen credit cards at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 15 in the 800 block of St. Charles Drive.

A male, 19, stole more than $400 in goods from J.C. Penney at 280 W. Hillcrest Drive and also possessed three methamphetamine pipes. He was arrested at 8:06 p.m. Jan. 18.

A 41-year-old female stole a pair of earrings around 1:35 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 44, was arrested for possessing, manufacturing or selling dangerous weapons at 2:05 p.m. Jan. 14 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive.

A purse was stolen on Jan. 19 or 20 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Multiple businesses were burglarized on Jan. 19 in the 700 block of Lakefield Road.

A home was burglarized between New Year’s Eve and Jan. 2 in the 100 block of Magellan Street.

A home burglary occurred on Jan. 15 in the 1000 block of Sheffield Place.

A petty theft occurred on Jan. 13 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A wallet left at Topper’s Pizza at 1436 N. Moorpark Road was stolen between 3:45 and 4:45 p.m. Jan. 17.

A 45-year-old female violated a restraining order by taking her child to school. She was cited at 1:30 a.m. Jan. 19 in the 4200 block of Silverado Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: in the 2400 block of Willow Lane (window smashed and purse stolen) between 1:50 and 2:30 p.m. Jan. 12; at Wildwood Park between 9 and 9:50 a.m. Jan. 14; at Conejo Ridge Drive, south of Willow Lane between 12:15 and 2:20 p.m. Jan. 14; in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road on Jan. 18 or 19; in the 900 block of El Segundo Drive on Jan. 15 or 16; in the 3000 block of Darlington Drive between Jan. 9 and 15.

A vehicle was vandalized between 1 and 2:30 p.m. Jan. 14 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Office building lights were damaged on Jan. 9 or 10 in the 3200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Gang graffiti was found at four locations on Jan. 20 in the 1700 block of Calle Diamonte.

Gang graffiti defaced a cable box on Jan. 16 in the 2200 block of Moss Court.

A trespassing was reported on Jan. 19 in the 3100 block of Big Sky Drive.

A male, 38, was arrested for being drunk in public at 2:05 a.m. Jan. 17 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Las Flores.

A male, 36, was cited for disorderly conduct Jan. 19 at the East County Sheriff’s Station.

A male, 20, was cited for drinking alcohol in public and possessing a small amount of marijuana at 4:12 p.m. Jan. 15 at Royal Oaks Drive and Hampshire Road.

For possessing a small amount of marijuana, a male, 23, was cited at 4:55 p.m. Jan. 7 at Felton Street and American Oaks Avenue.

Three males between the ages of 33 and 38 were cited for drinking alcohol in public at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.
