Celebrated and world-renowned photographers will exhibit their work for the benefit of the John Gray Photography Scholarship at Moorpark College in a reception at 6:30 p.m. Sat., Jan. 23 at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, 3050 Los Angeles Blvd., Simi Valley.

Photographers include Dan Winters, Matt Mahurin, Jon Gordon, William Duke, Becky Savell, Kathy LaForce and Saul Bromberger.

All are alumni who studied with John Gray at Moorpark College and are award-winning photographers whose work has been collected by major museums, including the Metropolitan Museum in New York City.

The ticket price of $40 includes the reception and the performance of the play “Rent” directed by David Ralphe. Sales of the prints and the proceeds from the reception will be contributed to the scholarship fund. Tickets can be ordered through the box office at (805) 583-7900.
