A male, 41, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 5 p.m. Dec. 31 at Old Conejo Road and Wendy Drive. Another male, 28, was arrested for drunk driving at 2:05 a.m. Jan. 6 at the 101 Freeway and Ventu Park Road.

A male, 55, was arrested for committing a battery on a police officer and resisting arrest at 8:40 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 800 block of Danvers Circle.

A 51-year-old male committed a battery on Dec. 29 at Via Ricardo and Rancho Dos Vientos Drive.

A male, 32, was arrested for being a felon on parole in possession of a loaded firearm at 6:40 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmerelda.

A 24-year-old male committed a burglary around 9:30 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

A female, 18, was cited for possessing dry ice bombs— considered destructive devices—at 6:20 p.m. Jan. 2 in the 800 block of Wendy Drive.

A male, 19, was arrested for possessing marijuana for sale at 5:05 p.m. Jan. 7 at Felton Street and American Oaks Avenue.

A male, 52, was arrested for trespassing into a vacant home at 9:45 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 1100 block of Newbury Road.

Catalytic converters valued at $2,700 were stolen from vehicles in Amgen’s north parking lot between 9 a.m. and noon on Jan. 4.

A vehicle registration tab was stolen between June 1 and 30 in the 3900 block of Santa Monica Court. The crime was recently reported.

A vandal damaged an airfield runway at the north end of Academy Drive on Dec. 29 or 30.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: between Aug. 20 and 25 in the 3500 block of Gerald Drive (unlocked, recently reported); between 2 and 5:30 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 100 block of Virginia Drive; between 9:40 and 11 p.m. Jan. 1 in the 1600 block of Nutcracker Court (unlocked); on Dec. 30 or 31 in the 500 block of Debbie Street.

Thousand Oaks

A 30-year-old male entered a home and put on someone else’s clothing, jewelry and perfume around 6:35 a.m. Jan. 2 in the 700 block of Brossard Avenue. He was detained by the residents and arrested for burglary.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a female, 49, at 2:15 p.m. Jan. 6 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios (subject also possessed a controlled substance); a male, 40, at 9:56 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 100 block of Castilian Avenue; a male, 26, at 1:47 a.m. Jan. 3 at the southbound 23 Freeway and Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 28, at 3 a.m. Jan. 6 at Norman and Warwick avenues; a female, 52, at 8:05 p.m. Dec. 30 at Olsen Road and Sunset Hills Boulevard (subject resisted arrest).

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 20, at 2:10 p.m. Jan. 6 at The Oaks mall; a male, 28, at 3:35 p.m. Jan. 6 at The Oaks mall; a male, 27, at 2:20 a.m. Jan. 6 at Lynn Road and Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 24, at 5:03 a.m. Dec. 31 in the 200 block of E. Janss Road.

A firearm was stolen from a garage between 2:30 and 3 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 600 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

A 24-year-old female punched her boyfriend, cutting his lip, around 2:30 a.m. Jan. 6 at Moorpark and Gainsborough roads.

A female, 59, committed a battery around 9:20 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 3200 block of Los Robles Road.

A male, 18, was arrested on two counts of burglary at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 100 block of Siesta Avenue. The crimes occurred Oct. 1 in the 3100 block of Radcliffe Road.

A female, 37, was cited for shoplifting at 7:10 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A female, 25, stole store merchandise around 6:30 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

An identity theft occurred at Best Buy on Moorpark Road on Dec. 22.

Home burglaries occurred at the following locations: on Jan. 4 in the 1400 block of Wilder Street; on Dec. 31 in the 1400 block of Pathfinder Avenue; between Dec. 14 and 25 in the 400 block of Hodencamp Road (two homes); on Jan. 1 in the 3100 block of Camino Graciosa.

A burglary was attempted at Thousand Oaks High School between Dec. 18 and Jan. 2.

Property valued at $3,500 was stolen on Dec. 31 or Jan. 1 in the 3200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A vandal poured water on a laptop computer between 3:30 and 4 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 1600 block of Sweet Briar Place.

A theft occurred at Sally Beauty Supply store, 1750 N. Moorpark Road, around 12:15 p.m. Jan. 7.

A petty theft occurred Dec. 30 or 31 in the 400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Gang graffiti defaced a wall on Jan. 2 at Avenida de Las Flores and Moorpark Road.

A person abandoned a trailer and dumped an unknown hazardous liquid into the street at Northwood Parkway and Scarlet Oak Avenue on Jan. 3.

A male, 31, gave police two false names in order to avoid arrest around 9 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Jan. 7 at Wildwood Park at Avenida de Los Arboles and Big Sky Drive; between 3:05 and 3:50 p.m. Jan. 7 at Wildwood Park; between 2:30 and 4 p.m. Jan. 7 at Wildwood Park; between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 1300 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores (window broken, purse stolen); on Jan. 2 or 3 in the 300 block of Judy Circle; on Dec. 29 or 30 in the 800 block of Blue Spring Drive (unlocked); on Dec. 27 or 28 in the 3200 block of Lanier Place; between 8:30 and 10 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized ($2,000 in damage) on Jan. 5 in the 2300 block of Corporate Center Drive.

A $300 vehicle window was damaged between 5 and 5:35 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A $300 vehicle window was vandalized between 1:20 and 1:30 a.m. Jan. 7 in the 1800 block of El Monte Drive.

A vandal threw eggs on a car between 7 and 8 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 2900 block of Camino Del Zuro.

A catalytic converter was stolen on Dec. 31 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 19, was arrested for being drunk in public at 1:40 a.m. Jan. 7 in the 1200 block of Uppingham Drive. A female, 18, was arrested for the same crime at 11:45 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 1400 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 51, was cited for drinking in public at 1:52 p.m. Jan. 6 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios.

A male, 24, possessed a small amount of marijuana around 10 a.m. Dec. 31 in the 1900 block of McCrea Road.

A male, 56, was cited for battery and vandalism at 9:30 p.m. Jan. 6 in the 2200 block of Highgate Road.

A male, 36, was cited for driving under the influence of a controlled substance at 1:10 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 2500 block of Northshore Lane. The subject was involved in a traffic accident.

A home burglary occurred between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 1100 block of Kirkford Way.

A Westlake High School boys’ restroom was vandalized between 9 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Jan. 7.

Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Jan. 5 or 6 in the 1200 block of Ridgecrest Place.

A vandal removed both outside door mirrors from a vehicle on Jan. 5 or 6 in the 1200 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

A male, 47, was arrested for disobeying police orders at 9:15 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 400 block of Carlisle Road. A female, 24, at the scene was charged with a similar crime.
