Edd Hanzelik, MD, will discuss the effect of stress on one’s health and what people can do for their well-being as they age. He will speak from 9 to 10 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 21 at The Oaks mall near Macy’s Women’s store on the lower level, in T.O. The program is free.

Hanzelik is an internist on staff at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center.
