Thousand Oaks Lancer Band finishes first in competition


‘WE’RE NO. 1!’—The Thousand Oaks High School Lancer Band won this year’s Fiesta Bowl national championship in Phoenix on New Year’s Day. TOHS squeaked by Mount Carmel High School and won three major awards: Visual Performance, Auxiliary Performance and Percussion.
