The Commemorative Air Force Southern California Wing has a special program to let the public experience flight in an authentic warbird, a North American SNJ-5 (AT-6) Texan and a Fairchild PT-19A Cornell.

A qualified pilot will take residents on a 20-minute ride. Flights are scheduled on Saturdays, depending on the weather and availability of pilots.

The cost is $300 for the enclosed-cockpit SNJ-5 or $225 for the open-cockpit PT-19A.
