A thief robbed a branch of U.S. Bank inside the Albertsons supermarket at 2:35 p.m. last Saturday at 541 S. Reino Road in Newbury Park.

No employees or customers were injured during the robbery. The subject fled the bank within minutes carrying an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapon was seen, but the thief alluded to being armed.

The subject is a white male in his late 50s to early 60s.
