A male, 55, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and being involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident at 4:50 p.m. Nov. 22 in the 900 block of Meadowcrest Street.

A home was burglarized on Nov. 19 in the 3400 block of Kimber Drive.

A home burglary occurred on Nov. 24 in the 700 block of Paseo Montecito.

A male, 44, committed a grand theft in the first block of Amgen Way on Nov. 5 and was arrested on Nov. 23.

A 43-year-old male committed a grand theft in the 2700 block of Teller Road on Nov. 6 and was arrested on Nov. 20.

A male, 43, committed a grand theft with felony vandalism on Sept. 23 in the 1400 block of Topa View Trail. The subject was arrested on Nov. 19.

Graffiti damaged property ($300) on Nov. 18 or 19 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

About $1,500 in property was vandalized on Nov. 23 or 24 in the 3700 block of Lesser Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Nov. 23 or 24 in the 300 block of Cherry Hill Lane; Nov. 24 in the 100 block of Heavenly Valley Road; Nov. 6 in the 700 block of Rudman Drive.

Thousand Oaks

A robbery occurred at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust at 101 N. Westlake Blvd. between 2:27 and 2:30 p.m. Nov. 23.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 26, at 2 p.m. Nov. 21 in the 700 block of Calle Fresno (subject was involved in an accident and was on probation for a previous DUI); a female, 65, at 9:50 p.m. Nov. 20 at Stonesgate Street and Triunfo Canyon Road (subject was involved in a traffic accident); a male, 47, at 11:45 p.m. Nov. 18 at the northbound 23 Freeway and Hillcrest Drive; a male, 36, at 2:40 a.m. Nov. 19 at Westlake Boulevard and the 101 Freeway; a male, 20, at 2:04 a.m. Nov. 24 at Moorpark and Olsen roads; a male, 25, at 8:10 p.m. Nov. 22 at Mountclef Boulevard and Olsen Road.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 39, at noon Aug. 5 at Oak Brook Drive and Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 23, at 8:40 a.m. Nov. 22 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Sirius Street (methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana); a male, 23, at 8:55 a.m. Nov. 22 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Sirius Street (subject also possessed a deadly weapon).

A male, 40, battered his wife around 9:30 p.m. Nov. 20 in the 100 block of Longfellow Court.

A 67-year-old female was arrested for spousal battery with injury at 11:35 a.m. Nov. 23 in the 1200 block of Calle de Oro.

A male, 20, was arrested for pawning several pieces of stolen jewelry and possessing brass knuckles at 4:15 p.m. Nov. 20 at the East County Sheriff’s Station. The crime occurred in the 300 block of Mesa Drive.

For shoplifting merchandise from Urban Outfitters in The Oaks mall and possessing drugs without a prescription, a female, 21, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Nov. 21.

A female, 41, was arrested for peeping into a car with a flashlight and trying to enter it at 5:50 a.m. Nov. 22 in the 1500 block of Oberlin Avenue.

A female, 46, possessed narcotic prescriptions on Nov. 9 in the 2200 block of Lynn Road and was arrested on Nov. 19.

A female, 20, was arrested for obstructing and delaying police officers during a social host ordinance (underage drinking) investigation at 12:30 a.m. Nov. 21 in the 1200 block of Hendrix Avenue.

A female, 25, was cited for petty theft at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 56, was charged with a petty theft at 6:44 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: between 10:30 and 11 a.m. Nov. 18 in the 300 block of McCloud Avenue; between 1 and 3 a.m. Nov. 22 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Las Flores (unlocked); between 11:15 and 11:45 a.m. Nov. 19 in the 3400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; on Nov. 22 in the 900 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A digital camera was stolen from an unsecured vehicle on Nov. 11 or 12 in the 1800 block of Montgomery Road.

A home was burglarized on Nov. 18 in the 600 block of Camino Manzanas.

Property was stolen from Redwood Middle school between Nov. 6 and 9.

A petty theft occurred at Los Robles Hospital on Nov. 20.

A $200 window was damaged around 3:30 a.m. Nov. 21 in the 1500 block of Eucalyptus Circle.

Property was damaged around 8:45 p.m. Nov. 19 in the 3500 block of Lang Ranch Parkway.

A petty theft occurred on Nov. 16 in the 300 block of McCloud Avenue.

Gang graffiti defaced property in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles on Nov. 18 or 19.

Property ($1,000) was damaged between Nov. 20 and 22 in the 300 block of S. Moorpark Road.

A bicycle was stolen between 5:30 and 5:40 p.m. Nov. 22 in the 300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A petty theft occurred between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. Nov. 22 in the 300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 34, was involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident around 4:30 p.m. Nov. 19 at Thousand Oaks and Conejo boulevards.

A male, 60, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest at 1:45 p.m. Nov. 24 in the 2000 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A 20-year-old male was cited for drinking beer as a minor at 10:15 p.m. Nov. 19 at Triangle Street and Burleson Avenue.

A male, 23, was arrested for selling magazines door-to-door without a permit at 7:25 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 300 block of Somerset Circle.

For soliciting without a permit, a male, 20, was arrested at 5 p.m. Nov. 19 at Avenida Amaranto and Calle Riscoso.

A female, 53, was cited for operating an ice cream truck without a permit at 3:10 p.m. Nov. 18 at Scenic Park Street and Erbes Road.

The following subjects were cited for drinking alcohol in public: a male, 50, at 2:35 p.m. Nov. 18 in the first block of S. Rancho Road; six males between the ages of 20 and 51 at 3:32 p.m. Nov. 18 in the 300 block of Erbes Road.

Westlake/T.O.

A male, 39, attempted to stab someone with a sharp object around 6:15 p.m. Nov. 20 in the 2600 block of Oakshore Drive.

A male, 39, contacted minors via text messages and requested that they spit on him, urinate in his mouth, defecate on his chest and verbally insult him. According to police, the subject would meet with the minors and pay them for their deeds. The subject was arrested at 7:10 p.m. Nov. 18 in the 100 block of W. Promenade Way.
