Mayor Tom Glancy will give his State of the City address at a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tues., Dec. 8. Later in the day Glancy, who will have completed his one-year term as mayor, will be replaced by a new mayor at the City Council’s reorganization meeting.

The event, sponsored by the Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce, will be at Los Robles Greens Banquet Center, 299 S. Moorpark Road, south of the 101 Freeway.

The 250 people expected to attend the event will be served roast beef, mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives, vegetables and a gingerbread dessert with ice cream. The cost to attend is $39. Reservations are required.
