AFTERNOON DELIGHT—At last Sunday’s Thousand Oaks Rotary Club Street Fair, the temperature conveniently dropped from the high 80s to the low 70s in the late afternoon, making the stroll down Moorpark Road delightful. The annual event on Moorpark Road between Wilbur Road and Hillcrest Drive helps fund worthy causes that are supported by the T.O. Rotary Club.
