I Love Your Dog! Pet Care is the name and the motto of Thousand Oaks’ newest pet pampering enterprise.

Founder Bess Bushnell has always had a passion for dogs and cats and believes reliable and loving care should be available to pets in their own homes “because for some pets the stress of a kennel environment is difficult.”

Previously, Bushnell worked in an animal hospital and helped open a dog park in Huntington Beach. She is now dedicated to working with pet owners in the Conejo Valley area to provide customized pet care for the times owners can’t be at home for a walk, medication dose, trip to the groomer or game of fetch.

In her leisure time she volunteers at a “no kill” shelter, walking dogs who are awaiting adoption.

Bushnell says, “My primary focus is dogs and cats, but care is available for all family pets.”
