Kim Heggen Kim Heggen has been appointed financial services officer for Rabobank’s Westlake Village branch, according to Jeff Paul, executive vice president of community banking.

As financial services officer, Heggen will be responsible for business development and helping customers with loans, credit lines and other products at the branch in Westlake at 2663 Townsgate Road. She can be reached at (805) 418-1720.

Before joining Rabobank, Heggen worked as a financial service specialist for California Federal Bank and a loan specialist for Preferred Mortgage Group. A longtime area resident, she’s a member of the Thousand OaksWestlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce, Professionals Networking Group and Business Networking International.
