The Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library presents the following activities at the Thousand Oaks branch, 1401 E. Janss Road.
Story times will run from September through November. Families do not need to register in advance. Age guidelines should be observed for each program series.

•Babies and Books, for children 2 years old. Fridays at 10:30 a.m. starting Sept. 25 in the Children’s Library Program Room. Program lasts 20 minutes. Stories, songs and rhymes for children and their caregivers.
•Time for Toddlers, for babies 16 to 24 months. Fridays at 10:30 a.m. starting Sept. 25 in the Community Room. Program lasts 45 minutes. Simple stories, songs, rhymes and playtime for children, socializing for adults. Do not bring older siblings.
•Perfect for Preschoolers, for children 3 to 5 years old. Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. starting Sept. 22 in Children’s Library Program Room. Program lasts 30 minutes. Stories, fingerplays, rhymes or songs.
•Family story times, for all ages. Thursdays at 7 p.m. Oct. 1, Nov. 5 and Dec. 3 in the Children’s Library Program Room.

•Fall Fun for Babies and Toddlers, for children 16 to 36 months. Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. starting Sept. 24. Interactive sessions of 20 minutes with stories, songs, fingerplays for children and caregivers, followed by 20 minutes of playtime.
•Fall Into a Great Book, for children 3 to 5 years old. Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m. starting Sept. 29. Programs are 30 minutes. Stories and activities to inform and stimulate preschoolers. Parents and caregivers may participate.
•Family story times, for the entire family. Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 10, Nov. 14 and Dec. 5. Family friendly story times followed by small craft projects. Appropriate for children preschool age and older. Parental help will be needed for younger children.
