T.O. to refund utility credit balances

The city of Thousand Oaks is performing its annual audit of outstanding credit balances on terminated utility accounts and would like to return these funds to their rightful owners.

The city has identified 108 accounts totaling $9,401.36.

If not claimed by June 3, the credit balances on these accounts will be considered abandoned property and credited to the general water fund. Citizens can request a claim form by calling customer service at (805) 449-2201 or download the form from www.toaks.org.
