Home Depot will go before the Thousand Oaks planning commission at 6:30 p.m., Mon., Jan. 26 for a public hearing to allow demolition of the  former Kmart store, 325 Hampshire Road, and construct a new home improvement store. The planning commission meets in the City Council chambers, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd.
