Alliance for the Arts awards grants
      The Alliance for the Arts has awarded grants totaling $244,125 to 28 local arts groups that perform at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza on an annual basis. The funding will assist organizations in presenting performances at the plaza.
