David Samuels was recently called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah of The Center for Early Jewish Education at the Renaissance Hotel in Agoura Hills.

He's an eighth-grade honor student at Colina Middle School in the city of Thousand Oaks.

David is the son of Sonia and Bruce Samuels of Westlake Village.
