Conejo Recreation and Park District will present Caravanserai, a Santana tribute, in a free Concert in the Park 5 p.m. Sun., Aug. 14 at Conejo Community Park, 1175 Hendrix Ave., Thousand Oaks. Originally a replication of Rock ’n’ Roll Hall of Fame band Santana’s early days, Caravanserai now includes material from all eras of the band’s 30-year history, from the 1969 “Evil Ways” to the hit song “Smooth.” Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner and the entire family–but leave pets at home. Parking is limited to surface streets around the park.
