June sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 238, compared to 222 sold in May and 246 sold a year ago, according to Mike Plisky, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

The median sales price for single-family homes in June was $888,554. Last June, it was $802,470. The median price is the point at which half of the units sold for more and half for less.

Condominium sales totaled 102 in June versus 93 for June last year.

Total sales for all real estate transactions in June were $304.6 million. Last June, the total was $260.3 million.

New residential listings totaled 352 in June verses 556 in June 2004.
