Local girl back from D.C.

Thousand Oaks High School student Kaitlyn Noli attended the National Young Leaders Conference (NYLC) from June 25 to July 5 in Washington, D.C. This is a leadership development program for high school students who have demonstrated leadership potential and scholastic merit. This year’s theme was “The Leaders of Tomorrow Meeting the Leaders of Today.” Noli interacted with staff from the three branches of government, the news media and the international community.
