Acoustic blues artist to perform for teens, young adults in local libraries Brother Yusef, also known as “The Bluesman,” will perform for teenagers and young adults in two appearances on Wed., July 6. He will play at 4 p.m. at the Newbury Park Library, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park and give a repeat performance at 7 p.m. at the Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. He’s an acoustic blues artist who has performed “house-rocking tunes” at the libraries in previous appearances. Admission is free.
